Refund Policy

    We take pride in our work and strive for your complete satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our branding and design services.

  2. Custom Design Services

    Because each project is tailored to your specific needs, all fees for custom design work (including strategy, concepts, and revisions) are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

  3. Deposits

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project slot. This deposit covers initial research and planning time.

  4. Project Cancellation

    If you cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for all hours worked up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will not be charged, and the deposit is retained.

  5. Dissatisfaction with Final Deliverables

    We offer a reasonable number of revision rounds to ensure you are happy with the final output. If, after good-faith efforts, you remain unsatisfied, we may discuss a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

  6. Scope Changes

    If you request changes that fall outside the original project scope, additional fees may apply. These are not eligible for refund.

  7. Digital Products (e.g., pre-made templates)

    For downloadable digital products (if any), all sales are final due to the nature of digital goods.

  8. Third-Party Expenses

    Any costs paid to third parties (such as stock photography, fonts, or software licenses) are non-refundable once purchased.

  9. Refund Request Process

    To request a refund, please contact us in writing with your project details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

  10. Time Limit

    Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the final invoice date. After that, we regret that we cannot consider refunds.

  11. Exceptions

    In rare cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our own error or failure, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

  12. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). In such events, we will work with you to reschedule or find a fair solution.

  13. Disputes

    If a refund dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may have the right to pursue other remedies under applicable law.

  14. No Guarantee of Specific Results

    While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., increased sales) as a result of our services.

  15. Acceptance of Work

    Once you have approved final deliverables in writing, you are deemed satisfied, and no refunds will be available for that phase.

  16. Feedback and Revisions

    If you do not provide feedback within the agreed timeline, the project may proceed, and refund rights may be affected.

  18. Rescheduling

    If you need to postpone your project, we can reschedule without penalty, but the deposit remains non-refundable.
